After my last Ice Cream disaster, I decided to share with all of you just what it is I'm talking about. I would like to present: Donofrio Ice Cream. This is the most common brand of ice cream in Peru, a spin off of the Nestle company, Donofrio can be found all over Peru. This particular flavor is new, and I think it is my favorite.
